1. Scope of This List
This page identifies third-party subprocessors that may process Customer Personal Data when delivering AskVerdict services. It does not include every non-processing vendor, internal tool, or temporary test utility.
Not every user workflow relies on every subprocessor. Processing scope depends on product features used, customer configuration, and regional infrastructure routing.

- Service reliability and operational maturity
- Security posture and privacy commitments
- Data handling scope and necessity
- Contractual ability to support compliance obligations
4. Contractual and Organizational Controls
We use data protection and confidentiality terms with subprocessors as appropriate to their role. AskVerdict remains responsible for subprocessor performance of obligations that apply to services they provide to our platform.
5. International Transfer Safeguards
Where cross-border processing applies, transfer mechanisms are managed in line with applicable data protection requirements, including recognized legal safeguards where necessary.
6. Subprocessor Change Management
We may add, replace, or retire subprocessors as operations evolve. This page is updated when material changes occur. Where required by law or contract, we provide notice for material updates.
7. Data Access Boundaries
AskVerdict scopes vendor access to the minimum required for each service function. We apply contractual confidentiality, security, and processing limitations aligned to each vendor's role and the data categories they handle.
8. Customer Inquiries and Due Diligence
Customers may request additional clarification for compliance or procurement review. Requests should include your company name, workspace identifier, and required timeline.
